Verification That Protects Your Balance
Verification is a one-time check that keeps your balance attached to you, and it is the reason a stolen phone is not a stolen bankroll. We ask for a photo of your national ID or passport, a selfie, and a wallet statement showing your name — the same three things a bank would want. Shoot in daylight, keep all four edges in
frame, and make sure the name reads exactly as it does on the wallet. Once that clears, payouts stop needing a second look. You can keep playing while the check runs.
- Open the verification tab — It sits in your account settings beside the cashier. Upload there rather than mailing documents to support, so the files land on your account record.
- Photograph your ID — National ID or passport, both sides, flat on a table, no glare from a lamp. Blurred corners and cropped edges are the usual reason we send a file back.
- Add a selfie and statement — A plain selfie plus a bKash, Nagad or Rocket statement with your name on it links the wallet to the person holding the account. Screenshots are fine.
- Wait for our check — We look over the set and message you inside the account when it clears. Nothing about the lobby closes while that happens, so carry on as usual.
